mapviewのannotation長押しでデフォルトのピンに戻ってしまう問題など

・mapviewのannotationを長押しで、なぜかデフォルトの赤いピンに戻る

→ MKPinAnnotationViewではなく、MKAnnotationViewを使う。

・置いたピンを押しても、ウインドウが出てこない

→annotationに、少なくともtitleが設定されていないと、反応しなくなる。
